We accept returns on undamaged and unworn products up to 14 days after shipment in the original packaging. Contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please send items back within 14 days of delivery. We are not responsible for any wear and tear of the item; However, we can make repairs for a fee. We are not responsible for any lost and damaged package for your shipment back to us. Send us a message about your return or exchange request. Please send them as received! Repack the unworn and undamaged jewelry and include the invoice and return or exchange slip. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs. After shipping please send us the tracking number.
