What are your shipping and return policies?

  • Free Shipping: On orders above ₪500.
  • Easy Returns: Items can be returned within 30 days, provided they are unworn and in original packaging.
  • International Returns: Accepted with proof of purchase and return shipping costs covered by the customer.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide! Shipping rates vary depending on the destination. Delivery times range from 7-14 business days. Customs fees, if applicable, are the responsibility of the buyer.

Shipping & Returns

I want to return my purchase! What do I do?

We understand that sometimes things don’t work out. To initiate a return:

  2. Repack the jewelry securely in its original packaging.
  3. Ship it to our address within 30 days of purchase.

Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.

How long does it take for me to get a refund?

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

To make changes to your order:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • Orders already dispatched cannot be changed or canceled.
